Inn Grounds/Exterior |
Situated on a private road and surrounded by redwoods, the Inn is flanked by a State Park on one side and a private camp on the other, creating a very peaceful and secluded environment a world apart from the everyday hustle and bustle of life.
Placed in a small clearing, the Inn receives plenty of warm sunlight while the cool shade of the trees is only a few steps away.
Outside the Inn's living room is a spacious deck with sunning chairs, a picnic table, and umbrella for shade. |
 |
A private path leads off the main deck and disappears amongst the trees. Following it leads to a system of trails and adventuresome hiking deep in the woods.
There are additional trails at the top of the road which extend into the Fall Creek Extension of the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park.
Note: For those wishing a short and non-strenuous stroll through old growth redwoods the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park "Loop Trail" is highly recommended and only 5 minutes away by automobile. |
